Dr. Walker brings to the Center for Alchemy a wealth of experience and expertise in many facets of counseling. With over 15 years as a therapist, Dr. Walker has worked in:
- Private Practice in Scottsdale
- Psychiatric inpatient treatment - Adult & Adolescent
- Residential Addiction treatment at a world-renowned inpatient treatment center
Charles Walker is a licensed professional counselor and a licensed marriage and family therapist. He is also an ordained minister of body, mind, spirit with the Association for the Integration of the Whole Person.
His Master's degree is in marriage and family therapy and his Ph.D. is in clinical psychology.
He has over 15 years clinical experience in private practice, residential and outpatient institutions. Dr. Walker has served as a clinical consultant for various treatment centers designing sex addiction treatment programs. He has been a professor at several Phoenix area universities, sharing his knowledge, passion and expertise in the field of addictions and trauma. He works with a variety of clientele and his specialties include men’s issues, sexuality and relationships, multiple addictions, spirituality, trauma and families.
